说实话有很多没看懂，但核心意大概理解了，就是任何事情，如果需要承担风险，或者有自身利益在其中，做出的决定会更加清晰，正确。这一条后来单独长成了 建议的可信度取决于建议者承担多少后果，而清单里的 decision without asymmetry 则通向 不对称比预测重要。
